OrienOS runs a real business every day
OrienOS is not a demo product. It runs Grey Area Research LLC — a real peptide research-supply company — end to end, every day. Everything below is true of the production system, not of a roadmap.
Built by an operator who runs his business on it — end to end, every day.
- Real USPS and UPS shipping labels are bought and printed through it — the owner sends them from his phone, over the built-in print server, to a label printer, from anywhere.
- Real in-person sales ring through the POS register, returns included; a return puts units back into the exact cost lots they came from.
- Real sales tax is computed, frozen onto paid invoices, and reported for the home state's filing — Texas here, because you choose your home state, and any US state works.
- Two brands, two ways to sell: livethegreylife.com is the owner's own website running on OrienOS through the embed SDK and public store API — not one page of it from the web builder — while a second brand, Neurion, runs the hosted web-builder storefront. The embed route is switched on per tenant by the platform operator, and the full API contract comes on request; it is not published.
- A partner company runs as a separate tenant on the same install, and stock physically sits in more than one place — four warehouse records, 36 transfers between them so far — with transfers that keep the cost lots intact, so FIFO margins are identical before and after.
